Lesson 1: Introduction to Hickory Farms
Learn about the history of Hickory Farms, what we stand for, and what we expect of you and other team members on the job. See why Hickory Farms is such a great place to work.
Lesson 2: The Sales Process
Understand the key elements of our highly successful sampling and selling process. You'll learn how to get ready to sell, how to approach customers and how to make sure customers have everything they need.
Lesson 3: Hickory Farms Products
You'll learn the categories of premium foods that we offer as well as see a product finder of all the various food items we sell, including detailed descriptions and companion products. You'll also get a quick look at interesting culinary ideas for our customers.
Lesson 4: Store Operations
Learn some of the key elements of store operations including the basics of our POS cash register, how to safely handle food and how to prevent losses at our stores.
Final Exam: Test Your Knowledge
It is required for all Sales Associates to watch all four above training courses and to take and pass this exam (with a score of at least 80%) prior to the first day of work.
